Prime Minister Modi launched RDSS in with an aim aims to reduce the AT&C (Aggregate Technical and Commercial) losses to pan-India levels of 12-15%
POWERTHON is aimed at to bring AI & ML as efficient technologies than can be integrated effectively within power distribution sector environment, with an aim to ensure quality and reliable power supply and adoption in RDSS implementation.
Bayana, in Bharatpur district of Rajasthan, is a high loss pocket area. It has overall AT&C loss of 37.23% with population size of 48000. In Bayana Town, for all urban Consumer, 8500 smart meters have been installed along with DISCOM is interested to study load pattern to analyze loss reduction and detection of energy theft through AI/ML solution.
The LR+ platform work on the principle of applying AI&ML methodologies to enable the process of AT&C Loss reduction for Utility.
